You can easily collect bonuses with your FördeCARD. Present it every time you shop at participating partners and automatically receive the bonus on your purchase. The bonus can be in the form of a credit to your FördeCARD or in some other form. You can see which bonus the partner is awarding on the homepage of FördeCARD or in the FördeCARD APP.
Please note that not every partner can award a bonus, as legal regulations may prohibit bonuses or other bonuses.

You can use your FördeCARD without registering and pay with the credit or collect bonuses. However, we recommend that you register your card.
In the event of loss, the card can be blocked for registered cards and the credit transferred to a new card. You can register your card register your card here.

A credit transfer is only possible if you have already registered your FördeCARD. If your FördeCARD is already registered, you can block it yourself in your customer account. Until the card is blocked, it can unfortunately be used by any cardholder and the credit can be redeemed. You can register your card register your card here.

Your credit can then be transferred to a new card. To do this, simply obtain a new FördeCARD from one of the partner companies and add it to your customer portal.

The FördeCARD is a VoucherCARD and BonusCARD in one. You can purchase the FördeCARD as a voucher and have it loaded with up to EUR 250 credit. The FördeCARD can also be used to collect additional bonuses from many participating partners. This allows you to make additional purchases and accumulate further credit. Bonus and voucher credit can also be used in full or in part for payment at any partner. The FördeCARD can also be used as an employee CARD (see next point).

The EmployeeCARD is another function of your FördeCARD. Companies can grant their employees tax- and duty-free benefits in kind (e.g. up to €50 per month). These amounts are not paid out via the salary account, but via a voucher medium. The FördeCARD is such a medium and can be topped up regularly each month, for example. The credit can then be redeemed at all participating stores.
To use the FördeCARD as an EmployeeCARD, your employer only needs to become a partner of FördeCARD.

You can top up the FördeCARD with any value between EUR 1 and EUR 250 as a voucher credit. The credit can be used in full or in part for payment at the partner companies. The FördeCARD can be topped up again and again.

If you need to buy a voucher quickly, you can also purchase the online voucher from FördeCARD via the voucher store on the homepage.
The voucher can be ordered around the clock and will be sent to you directly by e-mail as a PDF after purchase. Alternatively, you can have the voucher sent to the recipient by e-mail with a message.
Just like the physical FördeCARD voucher, the PDF voucher from FördeCARD can be used for payment at any partner and can be redeemed in full or in part.

A credit transfer is only possible if your “main card”, which you want to use in the future, is registered. You can register your FördeCARD here. In the customer account of your registered FördeCARD you can transfer the credit of your other CARD(s) to your FördeCARD under the menu item “Block/transfer CARD”.

The credit only expires if the card has not been used for a period of 3 full calendar years, i.e. no booking has been made with the card, on 31.12. of the 3rd year. If the card has been registered, we will inform the cardholder at least 6 months in advance via the e-mail address provided during registration.
