As an employer, I would like to become a partner of FördeCARD (EmployeeCARD). How can I participate?

I would like to provide my employees with tax-free benefits in kind (e.g. up to EUR 50 per month). Does FördeCARD meet the requirements for this?

Yes, we are the legal operator of FördeCARD and fulfill the necessary requirements according to §2 para. 1 no. 10a ZAG.

How are the EmployeeCARDs loaded?

Quite simply, we take care of the loading for you. You pay the loading amounts by bank transfer or company SEPA and receive an invoice for the loading carried out after your cards have been loaded.

How do I get my EmployeeCARDs?

You will receive your EmployeeCARDs by post, including a flyer to hand out to your staff. On request, we can customize your EmployeeCARDs with a personalized cover letter in your name and send you the welcome letters ready to go. All you then have to do is distribute the letters with the cards.

Can we personalize our EmployeeCARDs and/or add our logo?

You can receive cards labeled with your logo. The logo is printed in the center of the back of the card. The production costs per card depend on the print run. How do you know which cards to load?

When you sign your partner contract, you will receive access to your EmployeeCARD administration in your employer portal. This is where all your EmployeeCARDs are managed and assigned to your employees. The initial assignment is made by us before the first loading.

How do I notify changes to the load amounts or one-off loads?

You can manage your EmployeeCARDs yourself in your employer portal. You can easily make the desired changes in the overview of your EmployeeCARDs. Mass changes are also possible.

How does the FördeCARD differ from the FördeCARD EmployeeCARD?

Not at all. The FördeCARD can also be used as an EmployeeCARD or, conversely, the EmployeeCARD can also be used to collect bonuses.

If I want to use the EmployeeCARD as an employer, do I have to have it loaded monthly?

No, you can choose whether you want to load the loads regularly, e.g. monthly, or irregularly, e.g. only on certain occasions for employees.

What are the costs as an employer for participating in the FördeCARD EmployeeCARD

Can I freely choose the loading dates?

You can choose whether loading should take place at the beginning of the month, in the middle of the month or at the end of the month. We are also happy to carry out loading on desired dates, e.g. birthdays. Immediate (real-time) top-up is also possible if you need to top up very quickly.

Is there a contract period?

No, you can interrupt or end the loading of your EmployeeCARDs at any time.
